About me

My yoga journey started in 2013 when I joined the world of work as a Trainee Solicitor at a law firm in London. Yoga became a huge part of my life, my mat was a safe place to land and a powerful stress management tool. Since then I have practiced regularly and enjoyed hundreds of classes with a particular love for vinyasa and ashtanga, along with a sprinkling of power, rocket, and hot yoga.

After climbing the corporate ladder I found myself searching for more. Having been inspired by so many incredible teachers along the way, I decided to take the plunge and complete my 200 hour YTT both to develop my own practice and in the hope that I could bring the power of yoga to others.

Whilst I continue to work as a solicitor, I am committed to bringing yoga classes to my local communities. I believe in the power of the practice, in connection, and above all providing a safe space to land.

Outside of work and practice, I live in the Essex countryside with my husband and our cocker spaniel cross, Mollie. Free time is spent on dog walks, drinking as much coffee as possible, and dancing at gigs with friends and family.
